Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my order has been received? You will receive an auto-generated e-mail letting you know we have received your order.

How do I know when my order is ready? You will receive an auto-generated e-mail letting you know your order is ready for pick up in store or has been shipped to you.

I have a scholarship, financial aid or an agency funded account. Can I buy my books online? At this time we only accept Visa or MasterCard payments.

How do I find my class? You need to know your section, campus location and/or instructor’s name (Example: English 101 Poulsbo or English 101 Smith).

What if my class is not listed?  The Bookstore may not have received information from your instructor regarding book selection.  We update the web site regularly,  please check back.

If I only want used books will you still fill my order even if you don’t have used books? No. If you request “used only” and there are no used books in stock, that part of your order will be cancelled.

If I place an order today can I pick it up today?  Orders are filled Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00pm in the order they are received. We strive to fill orders within 24 hours provided the books are in stock. You will receive an auto-generated e-mail when your order is ready for pick up. 

Where can I pick up my order? Orders can be picked up at the Bremerton campus Bookstore Customer Service counter during regular business hours. Due to space limitations online orders are NOT available for pick up at the Poulsbo or Shelton campus Bookstores.

What are my shipping options? We use UPS Ground. APO/FPO shipping is available to our overseas customers.

How much do you charge for shipping? We charge a rate of $6.95 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book.

What do the terms required, recommended and study aid mean? Required means your instructor requires you to have the book for class. Recommended means that although the instructor thinks the book will be helpful for success in the class, it is not a requirement to have. Study aid is the term given to supplemental material that students use outside of class to help them study (Example: Student Solutions Manual or Study Guide).
